示範演出暨工作坊
We invite aBe and MF Liau for this event. They both live in Berlin, Germany.《 Floating Spectrum》 is a creative partnership between aBe and MF Liau. They will present their approach to audiovisual generative art with a performance, and lecture how they write software and use it in their creative process in the 2 days workshop. Floating Spectrum’s performance is a tight coupling of the visual and the aural. Subtle and complex layers of the music are visually interpreted in real time; the abstract organisms are heard as evolving shapes of Sound.
aBe (www.hamoid.com) is an audio-visual artist from Spain+Finland. He explores audio-visual worlds created by his own software. Using unique and creative algorithms, his programs connect different media and sensors to produce complex and organic forms that appear to have lives of their own. The behavior of these generative visuals is only partially predictable. He lectures in universities, workshops and shares experience of creating coding at his popular www.funprogramming.org website.
MF Liau is a musician and music technologist from Taiwan. She created software synthesizer, Polyphylla (www.mellisonic.com), blended with the sound of daily objects. The material is manipulated and processed to produce various kinds of sound textures ranging from warm to dark to harsh. The multi-layered textures are like morphing clouds, subtly and constantly evolving. The music can evoke a scope of emotions and imagery. It is an immersion into a rich and full universe of sound.

需求條件：錄取者需全程參與並自備筆電。

1.因本課程完全免費，且名額有限，故報名不到課或未全程參與者，為避免資源浪費，並造成有心學習者之不便，本中心將取消下次活動的報名資格。
2.請確實填寫報名資料，如有不齊全者，本中心將視同放棄本次報名。
3.報名成功者將於10月7日收到錄取通知，入場以收到錄取通知者為準。
4.報名成功者請於10月13日下午6點20分前至上課地點完成報到手續，無故遲到者將取消其上課資格，本中心將視報到情形開放現場報名。
